Subscriptions

It's incredibly easy, simply select "Recurring Order - Subscribe & Save" which is an option that lives just above the ADD TO CART button. Visit our subscriptions page for a complete guide on subscriptions, from setting it up, to getting your order working for you.

To manage your subscription, login to the subscription portal. Once you are in your portal, you can click on your invididual subscriptions to make changes such as pause, bring forward or add one-time purchases to the next dispatching order.

Our subscription portal uses a 'password-less' login, which means as long as you have the email that you purchased the subscription product with, you will be able to login to your portal. All you need to do to login is enter your email and you will be sent a '4 digit pin code' (to that email) which is your temporary password that expires after 4 minutes. Be sure to be using the correct portal login, which is available here.

Yes you can cancel your subscription before your next order at any time - there are no minimum subscription periods.

Once you have logged in to your subscription account you will see an option to "change date" beside your next order. Clicking this will allow you to change the next order date to whatever you like. Please note this will not change your order frequency, and that will remain the same unless you manually change it as well.

If you find you consistently need more or less of your order, you should consider changing the frequency of your orders.

Under 'Order Frequency' select 'Change frequency'. Select the new frequency you would like your product ordered.

For this option you will need to be logged into your account. Once logged in, simply head over to the product that would you like to add and you will an option to "add to existing subscription".

Shipping & Returns

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Damaged/Faulty Goods
In the unfortunate event your goods arrive damaged or are faulty, please contact us no later than 7 days after receiving your items to organise replacement.

Incorrect Goods
If the goods that have arrived are a mispick on our behalf, please contact us as soon as possible to organise replacement.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Selection
Please be very careful when selecting your products as we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect product ordered. Confirm your selected item will fit/match/is suitable for your spa pool. Contact us for help regarding suitable models.

Once you've made a purchase, your product will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

New Zealand Urban Shipping Times: 2-4 business days.

New Zealand Rural Shipping Times: 4-5 business days.

If you have been sent the incorrect filter from what you ordered, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will organise the correct filter to be sent out to you ASAP.

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong filter for your Spa we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange due to the nature of the product.

If you're unsure which filter your Spa Pool requires, please get in touch with our team and we will be more than happy to assist you in finding the correct filter.

Once your order is received, it will most likely be dispatched within 1 working day - we don't mess around! Most deliveries take 2-4 days, or 4-5 days rurally.
