WARRANTY
Spa Supplies guarantees to repair or replace any spa pool cover deemed defective due to faulty materials or poor workmanship at Spa Supplies' discretion. This warranty covers a duration of 36 months for the vinyl outer and 12 months for the polystyrene inner, starting from the date of purchase. Cover clips, locks and keys are not covered outside of manufacturer defects.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) are not exclusive but are an addition to the Spa Supplies T&C’s. Please read these instructions thoroughly, as the cover will be built to the dimensions you provide. Contact us if you have any questions regarding these instructions. We will not accept a return, exchange, refund, or credit due to incorrectly supplied measurements, details, or colour choice. The colours referenced are indicative and may vary. Please note that the new locking cover clips are included, and your existing clips may need to be removed, with new holes drilled for the new latches. As per the industry standard deviation, your cover will be manufactured within 3cm of the dimensions provided (1.5cm +/- overhang on each side of the center). By ordering a custom cover through Spa Supplies, you agree to the above T&C’s, have thoroughly read all pages of the guide, and acknowledge that the listed dimensions and colour selection are final.
